United Aim (“we”, “us”) operates the website https://unitedaim.studio (“Website”). By placing an order through our website, you agree to the terms below.

1.  Product Categories & Logistics

To ensure the highest quality and fastest delivery, our shipping strategy is tailored to the product type:

  • Artworks (Gallery Prints): These premium pieces are exclusively printed and shipped from our London studio.
  • Personalized Products: To guarantee rapid delivery and minimize fees, custom portraits are produced through our network of local partners in the United Kingdom, United States, and Canada.
  • Digital Orders: Delivered via email within 1–3 business days with no shipping cost.

2.  Estimated Delivery Times (Standard Shipping: FREE)

We are proud to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders to the UK, USA, and Canada.

Note: Delivery time includes both the custom design/production phase and transit time.

3. International Taxes & Duties (Non-UK Orders)

All orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis.

  • UK Orders: No customs duties apply as these are shipped locally from London.
  • USA & Canada (Personalized Products): Since these are produced by local partners, import duties are generally not applicable.
  • International Orders (Artworks to USA/Canada): Your local customs office may apply import duties or VAT. These charges are determined by your local government and are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
  • Note for US Customers: Orders under $800 are typically exempt from import duties.

4.  Delivery Terms & Tracking

  • Tracking: A tracking number will be sent to your email as soon as your order is dispatched.
    • Change of Address: We can only update your shipping address before production begins. Please email us immediately for any changes.
    • Damaged Parcels: If your artwork arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and the product, and contact info@unitedaim.studio within 48 hours for a replacement.

5.  Cancellations, Returns & Exchanges

  • Cancellations: Due to the custom nature of our Personalized Artworks, orders can only be cancelled before the design process has started. Once our artists begin working on your pet’s portrait, we cannot offer cancellations or refunds.
  • Returns: Because personalized items are uniquely made for your pet, we cannot accept returns. For Artworks, if there is a quality issue, please notify us within 14 days of receipt.

6.  Lost or Delayed Orders

If your package is delayed beyond the expected timeline, please contact us at info@unitedaim.studio. If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will issue a replacement at no additional cost to you.
